Returns & Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is the result of our error — meaning:
• You received an incorrect item
• The item is manufacturer defective
In those cases, the restocking fee is waived.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be new, unused, and uninstalled
• The item must be in its original condition
• All hardware, packaging, and all components must be included
Installed, modified, or damaged items cannot be returned.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non‑refundable
